Initial Lactation Visit (90 mins)
$125 in person / $85 Virtual
Includes a detailed breastfeeding history of mother and baby, an assessment of mother and baby's anatomy, personal instruction in optimal latch and positioning techniques, and observation of a breastfeeding for purpose of evaluating technique and baby's effectiveness at breast. Plenty of time to ask questions and address concerns.
Follow-Up Visit (60 mins)
$85/hour in-home, $60 virtual
Continue to work on established feeding issues and or new ones.
Phone Consults Before/After Initial Visit
$30/30 mins, $60/1-hour

Postpartum Doula Consultation
Free 30 min Consultation
This is an opportunity to get to know each other, ask questions and asses whether my series will fit your postpartum needs. If we decided to move forward, a $105 deposit and a signed contract will hold your birth month.
Postpartum Doula Support
$35/hour, Minimum 2 days a week, 3 hours a day.
Services include:
Infant care
Birthing Parent Care (wound care etc)
Breast/bottle feeding support
A listening ear
Discussion of the birth experience and the emotional transition into parenting
Accompanying on outings such as; doctor appointments, weight checks, trips to the park, stores etc.
Help packing diaper bag and getting out of the house
Baby's laundry
Meal Prep
Sibling support
Household necessities such as caring for pets
Private Lactation Basics Class
$50 a couple virtual
$70 a couple in-person
There are many benefits of chest/breastfeeding for infants, parents and their families. By providing education before your baby’s birth, I hope to assist you in preparing for the important job of chest/breastfeeding.
Class will cover: Benefits of human milk, Milk Production/Supply, Positioning and latching for success and comfort, How to know that your baby is getting enough, Potential problems and solutions, Pumps, Pumping and storing basics and more!
Private 2.5 hour lactation basics class for you and your partner at your home or virtually.

Movement is Medicine: Postpartum Support at Three Queens Yoga
Thursdays 10am-11:30am, April 13th-June 1st, 2023
A gentle, postpartum yoga class focusing on chest and upper back opening, hip opening and core restoration to help with Diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA).
Come for yoga and stay for our, judgement free, parents support group! Shiya have a infant scale for weight checks and weighted feeds available at each group meeting.
Baby Wearing Support
$50/hour, $20 a week carrier rentals
1 hour of assistance trying on and getting comfortable with baby wearing.
$50/hr, $20 a week baby carrier rentals
Carriers available include: Ring Sling, Wrap, Ergo (original), K'tan, and more.
Travel fees: South of Washington Avenue/north of Girard Avenue, river to river $25 travel fee per visit. Travel beyond these boundaries can be discusses and negotiated.
