Many new parents find that their bodies feels sore mostly in the neck, shoulders, and back from feeding, rocking etc. There are many wonderful things about your new baby, but an achy back is not one of them. This yoga class will offer poses to help counteract that hunched-over feeling by emphasizing moving your shoulders down and back and reopening your chest. If you have only recently given birth, take it easy and stop if anything causes pain. Babies ages newborn to pre-crawlers welcome!
